Thankful for their help. Over two years ago, I had my catalytic converter changed. Unfortunately it went bad again just before needing a DEQ test, recently. As it was two years and 30,000 miles later I assumed any warranty would be outdated. Scott called the vendor/manufacturer and as there was a defect with the original product it was covered. I just had to pay the difference for the upgraded catalytic converter. They didn’t charge for the work to replace it. I even think I got a free oxygen sensor as they couldn’t remove the old one without damaging it. I do believe this place is honest and they will stay as close to the quote as they possibly can. Definitely a company with strong ethics. I would recommend.

Had a service on my Honda Pilot taken care of quickly and worked with my schedule for drop-off and pick-up. Nice job!

Scott and his crew at Sherwood auto repair are top notch. We recently started going to them with all our cars and have been very pleased. Sherwood auto is definitely not the lowest price around but it's nice not having to go back 2 or 3 times for the same problem. We had issues with the last repair place changing the balance due when we showed up to pay. That has not happened once with Sherwood auto. If you are looking for a honest repair shop that will get the job done, this is where you should go. After strinking out with some other shops around the area I was extremely happy to find Sherwood Auto Repair. They are very professional and trustworthy. I have now had two of my vehicles worked on here and the work was excellent and they even checked back with me the next day to see how the car was working!! That is great service. Scott and his team are outstanding and I will continue to bring all my vehicles to this shop.
