I've been doing business with Scott for - well - I'm really not sure HOW long but it's over 15-20 years for sure! He's always been straight up and does what he says he'll do - plus takes care of it if a part fails or they miss something they should have caught. It's rare I ever need to revisit - when they fix it...it's fixed! They also do good with the preventative maintenance - letting you know what could potentially be a problem if not fixed soon.

We took my son's car in for some diagnostic work. I am somewhat mechanically inclined but the trouble was beyond my ability. I was quoted a price to diagnose the repair. They called kept me in the loop, diagnosed and fixed the problem (Check Engine Light) adjusted the fan belts, changed the oil and it was all for the price quoted. I felt we were treated honestly fairly, charged a reasonable price for a quality repair. We were happy with both the service and repair and would recommend Sherwood Auto Repair to anyone with an automotive repair problem. I brought my CRV in for an oil change and potentially getting some low-beams installed. SAR gave an honest opinion that the low-beams wouldn't be very cost-effective. The car runs better than it did before. I appreciate the quality of work and the honestly.
