FAQs

Our service

When can I expect to get my car in to be repaired?

We value quality over quantity, on average we service 50 cars a month. In addition, we schedule repairs ahead of time just like you would at the dentist. At our busiest, it can be up to two weeks before you can get in for a repair. We try to accommodate emergencies and breakdowns to the best of our ability. Give us a call to see our availability, we’d love to help!

Why are your services so expensive?

Dealerships or other auto repair shops will replace as few parts as needed to correct the problem. What you may not realize is while you are paid less, over time you’ll end up paying more. The reason we’re more expensive is that we take a careful approach to replacing all parts necessary. Again, this approach ensures that the replacement items will live far beyond the warranty period based on tests and analysis. That means you visit us less frequently.

How long will this take?

Most scheduled service events can be performed in one day. Bigger jobs such as engine or transmission repair will usually take longer and could be up to two weeks.

Why is it two weeks until I can get in?

We schedule most services ahead of time just like you do at the dentist. Breakdowns and emergencies happen to everyone. We accommodate these events to the best of our ability. Existing customers and warranty-related concerns get preferential treatment in these situations. All the more reason to become part of our family.

Our warranty

Do you offer a warranty on your auto repairs and services?

Yes! We offer a 3-year, 45,000-mile warranty on our repairs. To see what repairs and services are covered in our warranty see our warranty page.

Why are certain services not covered in your repair warranty?

Some parts and service items are not covered simply because their primary function is to wear down over time. It can get confusing. Think “brake pads” that item is built to wear down over time, while the mechanical hydraulics of the brake system are not.

About us

Are you open on the weekends?

No. We’ve prioritized our employees’ well-being over profit. Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

How do I know that you're a trustworthy mechanic?

The best way for any consumer to be sure that an auto repair shop is trustworthy is to do your research. The Automotive Service Association (ASA), Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), and Better Business Bureau (BBB) are all great places to check how trustworthy a shop is. Other than that it’s up to you to make the right choice.
